Danielle Angell serves as Paralegal on The Mottley Law Firm team. She assists our attorneys on cases, working diligently to make sure each of our clients is taken care of. Danielle is a 2020 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. She majored in both Political Science and Philosophy of Law, taking an interest in her Constitutional law classes. These classes are what led her to develop an interest in pursuing a career in the legal field and potentially attend law school in the future. While earning her degree, she worked at a large Richmond-based personal injury law firm where she was able to learn the inner workings of personal injury cases in order to help clients.
While at VCU, Danielle served as the President of the VCU Chapter of Her Campus, an international online magazine for college women. She joined this organization as a Publicist in 2017 and developed a passion for public relations and marketing, where she was consistently praised for being very detail-oriented and motivated. During her time as President, Danielle grew the organization to double the size from the time she joined and was awarded multiple achievements as an organization, one being VCU’s Student Organization of the Year Award in 2020.
Danielle grew up in Yorktown, Virginia with her parents and one older brother. After graduating from VCU, Danielle decided to stay in Richmond and pursue her career. She loves the city of Richmond and all it has to offer. She spends much of her free time exploring local restaurants and breweries or taking Dallas (her husky mix), on long walks through the historic neighborhoods and parks. She also enjoys spending time with friends, reading, and listening to the podcast "5-4," about the Supreme Court's most controversial decisions.
